Kindergarten Physicals
If your child is entering Kindergarten this fall, she will need a physical from her doctor and also some vaccines. Typically, she will need MMR, chicken pox, DtaP (tetanus) and polio (usually contained in 2 injections). You can find the NYS vaccine requirements here.
